The aim of the project:
Encourage the management and execution of business transactions electronically by implementing e-customer self-service solutions. on the trading platform of UAB "Aurasta".
During the implementation of the project, e-mail will be created. trading system while implementing customer self-service solutions. The following customer self-service solutions will be implemented:
– Implementation of the Products/Services module
– Module for ordering goods and paying for goods
– Users module
– Sales analysis and marketing modules
– Programming, installation of data import/export modules
– Data integration with the accounting/warehouse program
A customer self-service system will be created where the customer will have a personal account. In the account, the client will see the history of completed orders, completed payments. The customer will be able to submit detailed requests based on which the price of the order will be generated, in the user environment the customer will be able to adjust or cancel an already submitted order, track the status of order execution (see stages) and history. All documentation related to production is available in the system (bills of lading, contracts). A payment service or automatic invoicing and submission module will be implemented in the system. The company will have the role of system administrator, with which it will be able to adjust, add and remove system users, adjust or remove submitted orders, and update the information provided in the system.
After implementing self-service solutions, it is expected that the time of services provided by the company will be planned more efficiently. A more accurate calculation of service completion time will be implemented.
The duration of the project implementation is 12 months.
